Sean Clark (right) helps his friend Carl land a large Brown Trout on the New Fork River |
Sean Clark
Sean's love for Jackson and the
surrounding areas, has evolved
through his involvement in
fly-fishing, kayaking, skiing, and a
love for the outdoors. Sean
believes strongly that proper and
thoughtful real estate development
is necessary in an area where nature
and the surrounding beauty are so
important.
Sean prides
himself on hard work, honesty, and a
genuine commitment to clients who
are looking to buy their ideal
property, or get the best price for
the property they are selling.
In addition to having a thorough
knowledge of all properties in the
Jackson area, Sean has worked
extensively in Teton Village, Teton
County Idaho, and Alpine.
An avid skier in the valley, Sean
coaches for the Jackson Hole Ski
Club in their Junior Development
Program. When he is not
coaching, Sean can be seen blazing
down the slopes in the Town Downhill
or Dick's Ditch race at Teton
Village, which he has won several
times. Bridging the gap from
winter to spring, he annually
enters the competitive division of
the Pole Pedal Paddle competition.
During the summer
months,
when Sean is not busy with real
estate work, you can find him on the
water. He has taught
whitewater kayaking and paddles all
the rivers in Jackson Hole and the
surrounding areas. He has
also been a fishing guide for years,
a love
that developed into an affinity for
fly fishing properties.
Originally from
Maine, Sean graduated from Bates
College, but ultimately found his
way to Jackson Hole, and like many
locals, a winter season of skiing
turned into a lifetime of outdoor
activity. |

Kieran Dulin jumps into "No Shadows"
in the Jackson Hole backcountry |
Kieran Dulin
Another graduate of Bates College,
Kieran came to Jackson without ever setting
foot in Wyoming beforehand. If the
skiing was as good as he had heard, he knew
he had to try it. That move was in
1997, and still today, there is nowhere he
would rather call home. Like many
others, for Kieran, Jackson represents the
exact opposite of the crowds and traffic he
grew up with in New Jersey.
While skiing was the initial
draw to Jackson, fishing, rafting, mountain
biking, and golf have become Kieran's summer
staples. In the winters, he now
teaches and coaches snowboarding part-time
at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort to stay
in touch with the sport that brought him to
the valley he now calls home. |

Art Meckauer in his favorite western
hat |
Art Meckauer
Since 1980 Art's obsession with Jackson Hole
began after graduating from college at the
University of California in Santa Barbara. A
friend happened to be passing through town
on his way to Jackson Hole and as a result,
Art couldn't resist the temptation to tag
along for the ride. This spontaneous
decision resulted in Art moving to Jackson.
Art found employment at the Jackson Hole
Racquet Club at that time selling interval
ownership condominiums and lived in Jackson
until 1982. Art returned each year
thereafter to ski and when the time seemed
right (being motivated by his love for the
mountains) Art left his home in Ojai,
California and moved back to the Jackson
Hole area as a permanent resident in 2003.
Art has since become an
active member of the local community. He is
a committed member of the Jackson Hole Swing
Band as its drummer, and performs at local
concerts and special events. He is involved
in environmental organizations such as the
Teton Valley Advocates for Responsible
Development, Trout Unlimited, and Friends of
the Teton River. Art's concern for the
environment and his love for the outdoor
lifestyle have always been a part of his
emotional and spiritual makeup. Art is
committed to protecting this incredible
place and feels a responsibility to the
preservation of Jackson Hole and Teton
Valley for future generations.
Because of his real
estate/mortgage background and history in
Jackson Hole, Art has used that experience
for the benefit of his clients at Teton View
Realty of Jackson Hole. Art understands the
relationship of the wilderness and its
availability for peace of mind and
recreation to private property ownership
nearby. Art takes great pride in introducing
his friends and clientele to the best
private properties next to this glorious
open space. Art knows people have access to
more than just their land, they have
hundreds of thousands of square miles of
untouched forest right in their own back
yard. Art gets involved with his clients
through skiing at nearby National Forest and
National Park lands (at the Jackson Hole and
Grand Targhee ski resorts) in winter, and
fly fishing, hiking biking, and kayaking, in
the spring, summer and fall. Through these
activities they have a chance to "feel" what
is the right for them. Being outdoors is
just part of the "job" and a stimulating
introduction to the dream of ownership in
Jackson Hole. Through their experiences
people fall in love with the area, learn the
value of ownership on the edge of the
wilderness, and cultivate a natural desire
to own property in such a beautiful place.
When your working with Art expect to "get
out there" and physically become involved
with Jackson Hole!
Art knows the best
land/building sites and
residential/commercial properties. His real
estate experience and knowledge of the area
makes ownership in Jackson Hole and Teton
Valley easy for anyone who desires to
purchase here. |
